How Great thou Art

Today as I walked through the trees covered with snow, I kept seeing the beautiful views surrounding me on all sides. There were the majestic mountains towering over the valleys. I saw boulders of all different formations. The sky was blue with some clouds and the sun was shining bright. I was encircled by God’s art and was completely immersed in His creation.

When people say that they don’t believe in God, I don’t understand because at any point during the day or night, His artwork and beauty can be seen. None of this world is on accident and it all works too perfect for it not to come from the Heavens. Why not worship the God who created it all for us to worship Him?

I am in awe because of Him and His works. I am always looking for ways to capture His beauty when I go on hikes, explore the land, see a sunset, am in the middle of the pasture or by a field of wheat. I feel at one with God and never want to stop seeking Him through the creations surrounding me. By taking pictures and sharing them, I hope that others will see the images of faith, wonder, and never ending love for us. Let’s appreciate everything God has shown us and enjoy every second on the Earth that He made out of dust.
